Refund Policy

Individual Course Purchases

All individual course purchases on Mctaba Academy are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for purchased courses. Each purchase grants 12 months of access to the course content from the date of payment.

All-Access Subscription

You may cancel your All-Access subscription at any time from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access to all courses until then. No partial-month refunds are issued. Cancelling a subscription is not a refund; it simply stops future billing.

Why We Don't Offer Refunds

Our courses are digital products that grant immediate access to all course content upon purchase. Because the content is instantly accessible and cannot be "returned", all sales are final.

Free Preview Lessons

We understand that purchasing a course is a commitment. That is why every course on Mctaba Academy includes free preview lessons that you can access without payment. We encourage you to:

• Review the free preview lessons to evaluate the teaching style and content quality.
• Read the full curriculum outline on the course page to understand what is covered.
• Check the course difficulty level, duration, and prerequisites before purchasing.

These free previews are designed to give you a clear understanding of what you are buying before you commit.

Exceptions

We may consider exceptions only in the following cases:

• Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same course due to a payment processing error, we will refund the duplicate charge.
• Technical issues: If a payment was processed but course access was not granted due to a platform error, we will either grant access or process a refund.

To report a duplicate charge or technical issue, contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
