We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Course Access and Licensing

When you purchase a course on Mctaba Academy, you receive:

• A personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the course content.
• Lifetime access to the course, including future updates to that course.
• The right to use the knowledge and skills gained for personal and commercial projects.

You may not:

• Share your account credentials with others.
• Redistribute, resell, or republish course content (videos, text, code examples, or assignments).
• Record, download, or scrape course materials for redistribution.
• Use course content to create a competing educational product.

4. Payments and Pricing

• All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely through Paystack. We accept M-Pesa and international cards (Visa, Mastercard).
• Course access is granted immediately upon successful payment.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect existing purchases.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on purchased courses. Every course on Mctaba Academy provides free preview lessons so you can evaluate the content before purchasing. 6. Intellectual Property

All content on Mctaba Academy, including but not limited to text, code examples, graphics, logos, course materials, and the platform software, is the intellectual property of Mctaba Labs and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or platform systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.
• Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or staff.

8. Disclaimers

Mctaba Academy provides educational content on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific employment outcomes, salary levels, or career results from completing our courses. Success depends on your effort, dedication, and market conditions. While we strive to keep our content accurate and up-to-date, technology evolves rapidly and some information may become outdated.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mctaba Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our platform or courses.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
